# Operational reports

> Manage farm capacity, vaccination compliance, and weighing schedules.

These reports help you run the operation day to day — which farms are busy or idle, what's due, and where everything is.

## Active Farm Report

All farms currently **in production**, with batch code, placement date, age, and FCR. **Use it for:** seeing your live load at a glance.

## Empty Farm Report

Farms that are **idle** (no active batch), with the date the last batch ended. **Use it for:** capacity planning — which farms are free to take a new placement.

## Vaccine Due Report

Vaccinations **due or overdue** per batch, comparing the [batch program](/setup/batch-programs) schedule against the [medications](/daily-entry/medications) actually recorded. **Use it for:** making sure no vaccine is missed.

## Weight Reminder Report

Batches **due for a body-weight reading**, based on the **Weight Rule Every** setting. **Use it for:** keeping weighing data complete (which keeps FCR accurate).

## Farms Map

Not a tabular report but a **map** (under *More → Farms Map*) plotting your farms by their saved geo location — a quick visual of where your batches are.

  These four reports power the dashboard's **Alert Center** tabs (Vaccine Due, Weight Reminder, Idle Farms, and more). Check the Alert Center each morning for the same information without opening each report.
