GrowTak is a poultry farm management system for broiler contract farming. It helps an integrator (the company) and its field supervisors run the full lifecycle of every flock — placing chicks, recording daily feed and mortality, tracking feed and medicine stock, lifting birds for sale, and settling the Grower Contract (GC) payment with each farmer. This guide is written for two kinds of users:

Company admin / owner

Sets up the company, masters, users, GC schemes, and reports. Has full access to every batch and every screen.

Field supervisor

Visits farms and records daily entries, mortality, weights, medicines, and lifting — usually on a mobile phone. Sees only the batches assigned to them.
Throughout the guide, tasks that are admin-only are marked with an note, and field tasks are marked with an note.
