Operational reports

These reports help you run the operation day to day — which farms are busy or idle, what’s due, and where everything is.

Active Farm Report

All farms currently in production, with batch code, placement date, age, and FCR. Use it for: seeing your live load at a glance.

Empty Farm Report

Farms that are idle (no active batch), with the date the last batch ended. Use it for: capacity planning — which farms are free to take a new placement.

Vaccine Due Report

Vaccinations due or overdue per batch, comparing the batch program schedule against the medications actually recorded. Use it for: making sure no vaccine is missed.

Weight Reminder Report

Batches due for a body-weight reading, based on the Weight Rule Every setting. Use it for: keeping weighing data complete (which keeps FCR accurate).

Feed Projection Report

Every batch-and-grade pair currently at Order Now or Order Soon, with status, days of supply, stock, and demand — the same at-risk rows as the dashboard’s Feed Stock alert, in report form with PDF / Excel / print export. Filter by Farmer (admins also by Supervisor); each farm links straight to its Projection tab. Use it for: working a feed buying list off-dashboard, or keeping a record of it.

Farms Map

Not a tabular report but a map (under More → Farms Map) plotting your farms by their saved geo location — a quick visual of where your batches are.
